At FreshBooks everyone answers the phone and so in a sense we're ALL in public relations every day. We know that our customers and prospects are watching what we do, and we can't bottleneck their impressions through a single messaging effort. Instead we have to build in the skills and knowledge through every part of our organization so that we can enable each person in the company to be a good representative of our ideals and our passions. Maybe it’s more about which skills we’re talking about and where they’re to be found in the company.
